So your in IM and you right click “call” and your desk phone connects. IM that controls your pbx looks pretty sweet. The integration with con-call service providers looks pretty sweet too but why the hell did they bother with VOIP services cropping up everywhere…

Then there is the most useless feature of all… So your away from your desk and your phone rings, you get a mail that you missed the call. Bah… more useless mail to delete.
