So we got a letter last week from the holiday company as they have to respond in 14 days.
Please give us 28 days to look into this matter further.Oh Joy! I suppose I should be thankful that they got the letter at all. However their delay in replying has lead me to believe that they could be going the way of PanAm after that tragedy. (Disclaimer: Pure speculation you understand, No idea why it took them so very long to reply…)
