An using lazy grap walks to form relationships between messages. Nice to see the string matching comparisons too.

2 Email Thread Reassembly Using Similarity Matching; Jen-Yuan Yeh. Tracking threads via normalisation and feature comparison and fitting similar messages into a tree thread structure. Lots of FN / FN risks with the approach by the look of it.

3 “Sorry, I Forgot the Attachment:’’ Email Attachment Prediction; Mark Dredze, John Blitzer, Fernando Pereira. Throwing technology and research into the problem of people forgetting attachments, and likewise problems. Well in touch with the customer reality rather than simplistic approaches to the problem. Smart solution guys.

4 CC Prediction with Graphical Models; Chris Pal. The probability of you needing to cc someone particular based on the features of a mail, thread Etc. Recomending cc’s that you may never have thought of. Features real people can relate to. I have to wonder if this would get annoying in a corperate situation though, I hope it comes with an opt-out.
